Dear Journal Thursday 27 May MMXXI

 

Today I wake up at 7 AM, I only sleep for four hours, I felt very tired and need more sleep I try to get off the bed, I fail miserably. So, I started breading slowly, meditating which allows me to rest two more hours while I was meditating remember my schedule for the week I have seven tasks undone since Monday and remember two more tasks, also remember everything I did yesterday, that self summarize of myself gave me more energy for today, I get off very different from the man I was two hours ago. 

For myself even writing in my native tongue was a pain in the a..., in English is worst. I invest time and I am investing time and effort to improve my writing skills because, if I can improve my writing and listening, and retention skills that mean better jobs, a better quality of life for myself and my family. 

I need to improve my grammar gasps, my spelling, and write in the past form correctly using the correct grammar, also need to improve my listening and retention skills for being a good business writer.

Dear friends from Edx and Berkeley from Academic and Business writing. I  have ten advanced grammar and spelling mistakes that my basic grammar version can not fix. Good Bless you and your income.

90 Days of Transformation. (day one)

Today I star my journey to my new me.

 You see in the picture Monday's chest and back I did one set all of them and 34 minutes of cardio as Yoga. I took almost two hours completed the exercises.

Analysis of Dominican Halloween

Dejando de lado la transculturación y la importación de costumbres foráneas, el Halloween en R.D,

Es una mezcla del Halloween Norte-Americano y Canadiense, y nuestro carnaval, donde tenemos un sincretismo (Un sincretismo, en antropología cultural y en religión, es un intento de conciliar doctrinas distintas). 

Y se crea una tradición nueva, baso este análisis en el Halloween celebrado en Plaza Internacional, donde se realizó una actividad de Halloween cibaeño, en América los niños van casa por casa, aquí en República Dominicana, Ciudad Santiago, van tienda por tienda, acompañados por sus padres, (en América los niños van solos) 

Los niños hacen una fila como si estuvieran dando la canasta navideña (en nuestro país los políticos suelen regalar cajas con comida a las personas pobres, y esas cajas se llaman la canasta Navideña) se tiran globos, se arma un desorden mayúsculo pero es muy divertido, se escucha música a alto volumen, otro elemento que no está presente en América.

Desde mi punto de vista la celebración de Halloween en R.D no es una celebración de fuerzas oscuras, debido a que usted ve niños disfrazados, de policías, bomberos, médicos, campesinos, la vieja velen, Aguichicas, (en Santiago el equipo de béisbol Local se llama Las águilas, y su símbolo es una águila y el nombre local para águilas es cuyaya) cuyayas, batman,superman, sirenitas, no es un culto al demonio, es simplemente pasar sanamente un rato en familia, y al mismo tiempo el Halloween no es Halloween y no es carnaval es algo nuevo creado por los dominicanos al mesclar el Halloween y el carnaval dominicano y creamos una tradición nueva y es una prueba de que las sociedades se transforman y evolucionan así que vamos todos a celebrar sanamente el Halloween Dominicano.

And creates a new tradition, based this analysis in the Halloween celebrated in Plaza Internacional, where an activity of Halloween cibaeño took place, in America the children go house by house, here in Dominican Republic, Ciudad Santiago, go tent by shop, accompanied by their parents, (in America the children go alone ).

The children line up as if they were giving the Christmas basket (in our country politicians usually give boxes with food to poor people, and those boxes are called the Christmas basket) they throw balloons, they create a big mess but it's a lot of fun, music is heard at high volume, another element that is not present in America.

From my point of view, the celebration of Halloween in the DR is not a celebration of dark forces, because you see children in disguise, of police, firemen, doctors, peasants, the old Lady, Aguichicas, (in Santiago the local baseball team is called the eagles, and its symbol is an eagle and the local name for eagles is cuyayas) cuyayas, Batman, Superman, mermaids, it is not a demon cult, it is simply spending a healthy time in family, and at the same time Halloween, is not Halloween and is not carnival is something new created by the Dominicans to merge Halloween and Dominican carnival and create a new tradition and is a proof that societies are transformed and evolve so we are all going to celebrate healthily Dominican Halloween.
